The most epic Mtb backcountry ride
Old Ghost Road
Has to be the greatest in NZ when it comes to where it takes you. Not for the beginner rider at all but and you need to go prepared
A trail of changing landscapes
Heaphy Track
An amazing trail that can now more easily be ridden both ways. Tricky to get transport to and from due to its isolation but worth the effort to go 100%
Enjoy the wild west coast Wilderness
Wilderness Trail
An easy grade ride that can be ridden in sections as it crosses the road many times along the way.
The ‘Original Rail Trail’ is still great
Central Otago Rail Trail
Easy to ride on an old rail track corridor with no hills and some spectacular spots in amongst the long straights.
