Leadership Lab developed out of the Christchurch earthquakes, when they looked to respond to the events and circumstances within communities. Taking a collaborative approach that involved community, funders, and providers right from the get go, they set a framework for greater, long term change and results that last with meangingful results.

Outside the Square have managed the graphics across a vast range of material for Leadership Lab. Working across communities, government agencies and NGO’s has demanded smart, integrated graphics, apllied across web, print and presentations
2023 and most it is now digital marketing
With website and a growing social media presence word gets out. A newsletter, Pānui, each month has a rapidly growing list of subscribers, and now a revamped website!

Clearly outlining the purpose driven focus and areas of impact
Our recent redevelopment takes the site from a brochure site to one reflecting and clearly focussing on what guides, inspires and motivates all the mahi they undertake.
With a diverse bunch of leaders this is no old, stale and male organisation, and their mahi reflects that with a big focus on empowering rangitahi [youth], and members of marginalised sectors and communities.
